Billing / Password / Cancellations
A. Cancellation of your subscription Click here to cancel your membership. It will remain active until your membership expiration date. Once you have purchased a membership, there is no refund and no pro-rating. There is no automatic renewal for the 3 or 6 month membership.
B. If your codes or username/password do not work...
- Be certain you are entering the info correctly.
- You may be required to enter the info again in a second pop-up window.
- Use your browser's "Save Password" feature so you don`t have to re-enter every time.
- If you still cannot get access, please click here to contact Verotel support.
C. Was your transaction DECLINED? If you are a new Verotel customer and you receive 'Your
credit card is DECLINED' when you want to sign up for
the website of your choice, then please check the following:
- a. did you fill out all the fields in the order form?
- b. did you enter the correct expiration date?
- c. did you leave any spaces or dashes in your credit
card number or phone number?
- d. did you use your home phone number as the phone number entered?
- e. did you enter your complete email address?
- f. did you fill out the correct address and cardholder information?
- g. are you currently in the country where your credit card
was issued?
- h. do you have sufficient funds in your credit card account?
If all your answers are YES on above questions, please

I can't watch my DVDownload. What's wrong?
The important thing to remember with these large download files is to SAVE them to your computer before attempting to watch them. The downloading process may take 10-30 minutes, depending on your internet connection and speed.
After the download is completed, open and play the video with your favorite video player. If Windows Media Player doesn`t work, adjust the player settings to allow for playback of .MPEG files. Or, try QuickTime ... or VLC Player.
How often do you update clips?
Once or twice every week, guaranteed! Sometimes more.
Where will you ship your tongue videos?
