You are making this purchase of your own accord and you are the owner of the credit card used in making the purchase.

When purchasing individual QuickClips with the BuyNow button, you are agreeing to pay $4.99 per clip through our billing company AlertPay. With AlertPay, you can use your credit card or your AlertPay account balance, as described in detail on their website, www.alertpay.com.

Once you make a purchase, your video download link will be sent you in an email.We will also receive notification of that purchase. No refunds will be given for these purchases unless you contact us and we determine that, in fact, the video file was not correctly delivered to you. In that case, we will fix the problem immediately and send you the download link you purchased. If you have any problems with your membership or accessing video clips, you may contact us at info@eroticavideostore.com and we will assist you within 2-24 hours.

Tonguefetish.net cannot be held liable for your internet speed and/or your personal computer's capabilities. We will provide a fast response and try our best to help solve any problems, however it shall be your own responsibility to ensure that your internet and computer can download and play the video clips we sell at Tonguefetish.net. When you pay for the services we offer you are acknowledging and taking responsibility that you have the appropriate hardware and software on your computer to play such video files.
